Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking yourself via the app or website until 24 hrs before class starts. Cancellations after 24hrs cannot be refunded or rearranged. Please contact us regarding refunds if you have paid for a class so that we may process it manually. For health and safety, being later than 4 minutes to class will result in non-entry. If you are lost, please call 07742095630 prior to class time starting so that the instructor can help guide you. If we cancel, you will be notified via the app/email and will receive a full refund or class credit. If you have never joined us for a class before, we ask that you keep an eye on your emails in case we need to contact you on the day.
