Shackle yourself up in our aerial chains!
Please note that while we will offer both beginner and intermediate variations, it is essential that you have a good amount of pole or aerial experience.
Chains hurt, so please be sure to wear enough layers to protect your skin (you will want to protect your inner elbows for this one as well!)
